Does Carmel Offer Ongoing Support After Project Completion?
Following your onboarding, you'll receive a brand questionnaire that you'll fill out ahead of our project start date to give us insight into your brand's messaging and style. We also collab on a mindmapping software and video call once to twice a week to catch up and make adjustments.
How Does Carmel Get to Know My Brand?
We first schedule a brief discovery call to determine whether we're a good fit and our project start date. Then, you'll receive a brand project proposal, contract, and invoice curated to your selected service(s). When booking a 1:1 Brand Consultation, you can expect a proposal/invoice and a scheduling link for your consultation sent to your email right away.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I BOOK A SERVICE?
The duration can vary depending on the scope and complexity of your branding needs. Typically, a branding project with Carmel may take 4-12 weeks to complete. Influencing factors include number of services selected, type of service, client responsiveness, and revision stages.
How Long Does a Project with Carmel Typically Take?
We at Carmel believe in fostering a collaborative relationship with our clients. Throughout the process, you will have ample opportunities to provide feedback and share your ideas. To kick things off, we would request your participation in a brand questionnaire and a video call once per week throughout project duration.
Beyond those, the level of input you'd like to provide is entirely at your discretion.
How Involved Will I Be? Will I Be Able to Give Feedback?
We understand that each business is unique and has distinct needs.
